Yarbo has DISAPPEARED!

Brand
Yarbo
Model
Y40 Mower Pro
System
4G
Problem
I have a customer whose machine is running about 300' past the limit of the HaLow connection. So it is having to utilize 4G while running the end of his driveway. 2 weeks ago, it started the optimized schedule I had set up for him, then all of a sudden it just disappeared. Could not connect as it kept saying it was offline. I live about 3hrs away, and this is my customers weekend farm, so he lives about an hour away. Approx 6hrs after the machine disappeared, it just strolled back into HaLow range and reappeared on its way to the charger. Problem was diagnosed as a firmware issue. Day before yesterday, it happened again. Then after a few hours, boom, back online and on its way to the charger.
Fix
Contacted Yarbo support to run diag. They confirmed it needed a update and once it came back into range, they performed the update and have had no issues until 2 days ago. Exact same issue, but this time everything with the machine checked out so we are keeping an eye on it and treating it as a glitch with the AT&T 4G service until further investigation.

Most Common Non-Mechanical Fix

Brand
ALL ELECTRONICS
Model
Virtually All
System
ANY NOT MECHANICAL
Problem
If I have learned one thing over the many years I have dealt with almost any electronic you can name, Its that the FIRST thing suggested by almost all tech Support is "Cycle The Power."
Fix
These machines are no different. UNLESS you are having a mechanical issue(And even sometimes it will work for that), PLEASE shut down the electronic device. In the case of these robots, shut down the robot, disconnect power from the data center if you have one, wait 10 minutes. Now plug the data center back in, give it time to fully cycle and become "ready", then power on your robot and check to see if the code or behavior is still there.
