THE ISSUE

If I have learned one thing over the many years I have dealt with almost any electronic you can name, Its that the FIRST thing suggested by almost all tech Support is "Cycle The Power."

Proven solution

THE FIX

These machines are no different. UNLESS you are having a mechanical issue(And even sometimes it will work for that), PLEASE shut down the electronic device. In the case of these robots, shut down the robot, disconnect power from the data center if you have one, wait 10 minutes. Now plug the data center back in, give it time to fully cycle and become "ready", then power on your robot and check to see if the code or behavior is still there.
